Did you know that you can manage your account online as well as over the phone?

What are the benefits of managing my account online?

Although we strive to keep customers waiting time on the phone down to a minimum you may find it more convenient to manage your account online. Here are some of the things you can do online;

  • Make a payment
  • Request a settlement figure
  • Change your payment date
  • Change your address
  • Change your password
  • Make an enquiry
  • Add a new agreement

How do I manage my account online?

You can manage your account online by going to https://my.hpf.co.uk/

What information will I need?

If this is the first time you have accessed your account online you will need;

  • Hitachi agreement number
  • Date of birth

You will then need to create your login. This requires you to enter your username (your email address) and create a password.

What’s next?

You should now be fully registered to manage your account online.

I don’t know my Agreement number

Your agreement number can be found at the top of any correspondence letter you have received from us. If you can’t find it, then please call our Customer Service Department on 0344 375 5500.

I can’t access my account online

If you are having trouble accessing your account, please call our Customer Service Department on 0344 375 5500.

I’ve forgotten my login details

If you have forgotten your username and password don’t panic, simply click on the ‘forgotten your login details’ at the bottom of the login page. You will then be prompted to fill out some personal details in order to recover your login details, a new password will then be sent to your registered email address.
