We’ve won the title of Best Direct Personal Loan Provider in the YourMoney.com Awards for the third year running
The YourMoney.com Awards are now in their 19th year and are the longest-standing consumer finance awards in the UK. The awards recognise the most competitively-priced products with market leading service over the previous 12 months, from banking to savings, credit cards to personal loans, breakdown cover to mortgages.
Hitachi Personal Finance, based in Leeds, was voted top provider by the judges in the fiercely competitive field of personal loans.
Joanna Faith, Yourmoney.com editor commented: “The personal loan sector is an extremely competitive field therefore Hitachi Personal Finance has done a fantastic job to win this award for the third year running. Our panel of judges select the winner based on a variety of different factors, with Hitachi Personal Finance standing out from the crowd thanks to a combination of excellent personal loan products, supported by outstanding customer service delivered by a knowledgeable and friendly team”.
All the providers who enter the YourMoney.com Awards are subjected to a rigorous judging process based on the price and quality of their products. Short-listed firms are then judged by a panel of readers who mystery shop each company and benchmark the quality of service provided in each product area.
Gerald Grimes, Managing Director of Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance said: “We set out to offer borrowers a better deal and we’re proud that we were one of the first personal loan providers to offer complete transparency, with no arrangement fees or hidden charges, and live customer feedback 24/7 online.
“We recently launched a new level of flexibility, letting the customer decide how much they want to pay and putting them in control of the term right at the start. Our 98% customer satisfaction rating and this award is great recognition for the hard work of the team.”
