If you need to speak to us, you can contact us using one of the options below. Please note our phone lines tend to be particularly busy on a Monday and at the end of the month around payday, you may find shorter waiting times by calling at a different time.

We want to make it easy for our customers which is why we have created MyHPF - our account management platform. Registration is quick and simple and once logged in, you can:
