In May 2016, Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance became fully accredited by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS). We have attained the national customer service standard - ServiceMark - an accreditation awarded based on the satisfaction rate of our customers, and our staff’s engagement with our customer service strategy.
The accreditation involves on-site assessments and benchmarking against our competitors, and the results demonstrate our dedication to providing a first-rate customer experience. We’re very proud to have been accredited and will continue to work with ICS to keep improving the service we provide to our customers.
Hitachi Personal Finance was voted the Best Direct Personal Loan Provider in the Your Money Awards 2016, which recognises the most competitively-priced products and market-leading service of the last 12 months.
We were voted top provider by the judges in the fiercely competitive field of personal loans, scoring highly in areas such as our easy application process, quick decisions and competitive pricing, with many pinning this brand as one to watch.
Hitachi Personal Finance was voted the Best Unsecured Loans Lender in the Personal Finance Awards 2016.
Recognising competitively-priced products with market leading service, over 11,000 readers of The Money Pages and What Mortgage magazine took part in the survey and voted to see Hitachi Personal Finance beat off high street rivals to win the coveted award of Best Unsecured Loans.
In addition to the awards Hitachi Personal Finance has won, we were also selected as a finalist for the Moneyfacts Best Personal Loan Provider 2017.
The Moneyfacts awards cover products from across the range of financial services and are presented annually to celebrate those businesses providing product excellence and outstanding levels of customer service.
